Unlike all other exposure events where anyone can pay to play, the Hoop With Her All-Star Showcase is a curated, invite-only experience. The athletes in this showcase have been selected and voted on by their peers, coaches, and the local basketball community. Your child has earned this spot through their incredible performance and the recognition of those who know the game best! 🌟 This isn’t just a typical “pay-to-play” event—this is about celebrating OUR best of the best and providing a meaningful, unique experience for every player.

EVENT WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

By participating in a Hoop With Her event, I acknowledge that there is a risk of personal injury. I hereby release Hoop With Her and its affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, property damage, or claims arising from my participation. This includes known, unknown, or unforeseen claims, whether future or contingent. Refund Policy Registration fees are only refundable if the participant has purchased event insurance.

Hoop With Her is not responsible for refunds or insurance claims. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside Hoop With Her's control (e.g., natural disasters). Media Release I grant Hoop With Her the irrevocable right to use, publish, and republish photographs/videos taken of me for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and trade. Waiver of Legal Action I agree not to pursue any legal action against Hoop With Her, its staff, or affiliates for claims covered by this waiver. Acknowledgement and Agreement By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this release, which applies to me, my family, heirs, and assigns.

Parent/Guardian Consent As the parent or guardian of the participant, I confirm that I have read the waiver and agree to be bound by it. I also affirm that I am the legal guardian and will ensure the participant upholds the terms of this waiver. Electronic Signature I/We agree to the terms outlined above. COVID-19 Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver By participating in any Hoop With Her event, I confirm that I do not have any COVID-19 symptoms, have not been exposed to a confirmed case, and have not traveled to a high-risk area in the past 14 days.

I agree to self-monitor for symptoms after attending the event. Assumption of Risk I understand the risks associated with participating in activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the potential for illness or injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and waive any claims against Hoop With Her and its partners. Medical Acknowledgement I acknowledge the health risks related to the event, including physical injuries and COVID-19 exposure. If I experience symptoms or injuries during the event, I will seek medical attention immediately and release Hoop With Her from any claims related to medical treatment provided. Release of Liability I release Hoop With Her, its partners, volunteers, and employees from all liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses related to the event.

This release applies to all claims, whether caused by negligence or other factors. Electronic Signature I/We agree to the COVID-19 liability waiver and the release of liability as stated above.
